By using the Site, requesting a quote, or booking a service through it, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services described on the Site

FraserPlus Epoxy provides epoxy flooring and concrete coating services in Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Abbotsford, and Greater Vancouver, BC. Descriptions, photos, and pricing information on the Site are for general information only and do not constitute an offer that we are obligated to fulfill on the terms shown. Final scope and pricing are confirmed only after an on-site assessment.

3. Quotes and estimates are not binding contracts

Any quote, estimate, or price range given through the Site, by phone (778-952-0221), or by email is an estimate based on the information available at that time. It is not a binding offer and does not create a contract. A binding agreement exists only once both parties sign a written service contract or work order that sets out final scope, price, and timeline. Floor condition discovered on-site (moisture, cracking, prior coatings) may change the scope and price from the initial estimate.

4. Payment terms

Payment terms for a specific job are set out in the written contract or invoice for that job and take precedence over anything stated generally on the Site.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia, FraserPlus Epoxy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information published on it. Workmanship and product warranty terms (if any) are set out in the written contract for the job, not this Site.

6. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, and design on the Site belong to FraserPlus Epoxy or are used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
