FraserPlus Epoxy — marble metallic finished floor

The FraserPlus Method

From concrete
to coating.

Four steps. No shortcuts. Every FraserPlus floor follows the same disciplined process — whether it's a 400 sq ft garage or a 40,000 sq ft industrial facility.

The concrete

Every transformation begins here.

Bare concrete, worn by years of traffic, oil, and exposure. Cracks, stains, surface damage — this is what most people see as a problem. We see it as the canvas. Before any product is mixed, we study the slab: its moisture content, surface profile, existing coatings, and structural condition. This assessment determines everything that follows.

Surface preparation

The step most contractors skip.

Diamond grinding opens the concrete's pores and creates a mechanical bond profile the coating can grip. We run 40-grit tooling across the entire slab, vacuum every pass, then inspect for cracks and pinholes. Repairs are filled with epoxy filler and allowed to cure fully before primer is applied. No shortcut survives this step — and no coating lasts without it.

The pour

Precision in every pass of the roller.

Epoxy flows in measured, overlapping passes. The primer coat penetrates the open concrete. The base coat builds colour and structure. The broadcast layer — whether full flake, metallic pigment, or quartz aggregate — is applied while the base is still wet, then locked in place under a clear polyaspartic or urethane topcoat. Each layer is timed to the ambient temperature, the humidity, and the substrate. There is no guessing.

The result

A surface that defines the space.

What was stained, cracked concrete is now a seamless, high-gloss floor that reflects light and sheds contaminants without effort. Our polyaspartic topcoats cure to 95% hardness within 24 hours and carry a rated lifespan of 20+ years under normal use. Chemical-resistant, impact-resistant, and built to outlast the structure it sits in. This is what we deliver on every job — residential garage, commercial facility, or industrial warehouse.

Built to outlast

“We don't take shortcuts because our name is on the floor. Every floor we install is our portfolio.”
